The preliminary features are here!
Although we are only at 25.08. our planning meeting we had and our architect, has predicted that the making of preliminary train would take about 4 weeks, yesterday we had seen our preliminary moves in the post. When you first look Above and we were very happy with the result, at second glance we finally found something that was in another manner than we had discussed this - the window in the bathroom. Actually was there, as in the "basic equipment, a half-height windows planned, the architect who drew our plans (not the architect, with whom we have led the planning meeting!), But thought well that is a ground floor window where better would make. Although this was not as agreed, but we find it very visually appealing and, after Stephen has consulted with Mr. T. about the added price of the window, we must now only have to decide whether this is worth it to us.
came today then even fluttered the increase or reduction in payroll costs into the house and it looks like it would us the rescheduling of work and Wohn-/Esszimmer/Küche save even money (lower costs of nearly 700 €!). Well, after that everything went so well, so had to go something wrong: The Land Registry inhibits our further progress, because our divided land has still not had a separate parcel number is assigned. As Stephen had learned today that the Land Registry after 3 weeks of processing time has challenged the data from the surveyor, as it has allegedly lost at a measurement point to 3 cm. So had the surveyor come out again, and all border points-measure. Yesterday he then changed Data again in the land registry office and filed the deputy department head, Stephan announced today on the phone that we should expect to process the whole with about 4 more weeks. Meanwhile, however, we have already waited four weeks and every day with the final documents from the Land Registry counted. Our notary needs for property override namely, the exact parcel designation, thereby also delayed the registration of the mortgage and the planning application may only be made if all of the data. This we find very frustrating and hope that the Land Registry with us the processing time comes to meet a little (in urgent cases, us Deputy Head of Department promised - now we can only hope that we are regarded as an urgent case !!!).
