So now are built!

We now have everything in the bag and wait only for the fact that it goes on to finger-house. The transfer of the lot is completed and the land registry changes are already registered. The applications to the utilities are all made and yesterday we had fluttered into the house, the building permit. Today we can then remove the roots from the construction industry and therefore we are well prepared for buildings. The only pity is that it still takes so long until it can finally go. The sampling has unfortunately come into effect until early February. Would give me if it had not worked out before Christmas!

the moment we are somehow not motivated particularly to plan things for our house and organize, as we have recently learned that the sampling date will always be until early February (correcting date then in the week 30.05 -. 03.06)..

The applications for the utilities are now all but on the way and I hope that the building permit in the next few days to be found in our mailbox.

To the roots on our property, we must take care also the end of this month, but it looks like we'll have this strong support.

Our parquet layers in olympia mature form. Yesterday was ready not only the dressing room, but also the entire living room. Tonight, were then already all skirtings cut and assembled. Tomorrow comes the stairs and then the "initial treatment" (?)...

Today we were busy again.

began with the call of a craftsman, that there would be several insurmountable problems at the construction site. Wow! This is indeed going well on day 1 after Viebrock. Fortunately

61st Construction day

Well, that's not quite so yes. We have moved the final by a few days back, because scheduling is suited us ... were but a few things to take care of it too.

What has happened since the last entry?

The straps on the garage front, were today (or was it yesterday?) Grouted and still sealed. Looks great - a picture we supply to more.

Today was our " new " Electricians here, and has made visual / aesthetic corrections (grouping of switches to double switches, etc.), and 3 / 4 of our Homematic done installation. Were Much to our satisfaction. In different rooms replaced the switches to switch and the respective actuators mounted behind it. All buttons work. Whether the work HM actuators, however, we will only learn after moving if the unit is installed.

The construction manager from the company floor tonight was also there and a 2nd CM-measurement was made. Hurray, we have achieved the necessary 1.8%. On Friday put the gentlemen go already filling. Over Next week will be the topic probably just concluded as planned.

The painter has not really moved yet. :-( From his plan before the floor to be finished in order to save the masking is probably nothing. ... Hmm
