Beagle Cairn Terrier Mix

Today it was finally over. The final was today. The

ran off, as always, very relaxed and friendly. There was also nothing to discuss. The open points of the pre-acceptance were either completed or will be corrected by the painter.

There were only 2 points that need to be made: first
A window has scratches - is replaced
second The gap between G-WC and cloakroom is wrong - is still done

Otherwise, the second Folder with all information, warranties and confirmations, and a magnum of champagne delivered. Also of course we had concern for our construction manager a trifle.

At this point we our very sincere thanks to

Mr Biesen - without which the house would probably never come true
Mrs. Ehlen - which has solved our Annoyances from architects time with charm and expertise sovereign
Mr Löhden - our construction manager, who are always very helpful, friendly and competent by very nuisance-free construction has maneuvered.

(last but not least) ... the trades, especially the Masons, the various squads Wendt, the sealer, the plasterers and so on ... who were all really great!

This is, of course, this blog has not been entirely his .
Currently there again very busy in the house. The painter is at work today and the whole house into a sauna. From tomorrow comes to the parquet layers and the (new) electrician, his work is still . Complete

far everything seems on track to be. End of next week, all three are finished - if nothing unforeseen happens. On 15 then the new parts of the kitchen delivered and our telephone / DSL port enabled (before he is then ported to 1 & 1). Tue / Wed we move then. Let's see if everything works out as planned. In between is also the fireplace be mounted ...

Oh, and our new Side-by-Side Refrigerator that we have today acquired in Magdeburg is, hopefully in good time.

Here is a picture of our garage front. The straps make it a great - positive - difference. At the top of the edge comes a zinc-edge ...

Even a quick look at the wildlife of our new home. ;-)
