Viebrock:
happy again at any time! Very happy with Mr. Biesen, our consultant in Kaarst. Very happy again with Mr. Löhden, our construction manager. stress-free as we can with Viebrock, not build it, I say. The construction period
is phenomenal. The quality is great - if we as the layman can judge at this time. Any trouble and when it is going to be resolved were issues, so these were done without a lot of discussion of Viebrock. Great support from Viebrock - even after acceptance (at least so far). - The heating instruction should include a brief pamphlet in which the 10 most important points are summarized. The components of the heaters are indeed quite uniform and thus the cost of Viebrock clear. The benefit would be our opinion but high.
- It would be great if Viebrock for the landscaping parts (paving, fencing and share etc.) "network partners" have forgotten by the architect can then be recommended. It found there for lay not so easily sensible partner.

- The plan was not ideal to put the split unit below the bedroom window. Even with the incoming air, it is good to hear. It seems that you get used to it, but otherwise it would have been better. Unfortunately this was not indicative of the planners.

- The daylight spot is great.
- The Drempelerhöhung is highly recommended - at least if you build without a basement.
- allow plenty of outlets and LAN doses. You would not believe how quickly all of which are occupied.
- Who a convenient home automation looking for: Matic Home is great. We now have close to 60 actuators installed. Awesome - especially the price / performance ratio.
- For the heating briefing you should take plenty of time and rest. Otherwise, forget everything after 4 weeks.
- It is really recommended, Villeroy & Boch exhibition to visit. We are left with a priceless planning there. (Priceless good and, unfortunately, just as expensive) but it gave us in the bathroom planning helpful critical times and pointed out what is so everything.
- You should devote time for the planning of layout and functionality.
- Plant 10% for additional expenditure - even if you think you does not happen. Viebrock has of course to the fixed price, but you can find in the course of planning yet guarantee this and that, what is available at ...
